Consider it a Privilege

Consider it a Privilege

I love how one’s perspective can have such an enormous bearing on how one sees things! I often find that when I’m struggling the most that it is because I haven’t determined a good way to think about something.

Everything comes back to your attitude and how you look at things. The glass can be half empty or half full. What if you looked at challenges, not as setbacks but rather stepping stones.

We are blessed with a remarkable mind and great talent and we can use these tools to encourage ourselves and in turn encourage those around us! Our setbacks may just be what others look to for inspiration! I know that is true of myself!

Consider it a Privilege

There have been a number of curious things going on recently it seems. In between politics, business, and personal situations there has been room for a lot of unrest. Honestly, come the end of the week I can be quite worn down. All the unknowns can be hard and tiring. But they can also fuel us and inspire our days!

Consider it a privilege to address these unknowns. To stand for what is right and encourage others to take a stand also. To put in the hours to change business operations to further support your community and your country. The opportunity to consider a relationship even in the face of unknowns.

Politics are insane right now. Conservatives and liberals are as at odds. Biblical principles are challenged and canceled at every turn. It can feel overwhelming and discouraging all at once. But we must remember that we have the opportunity unlike any other to represent God to those around us. We can take a stand and speak up for what’s right! And we must! This God given ability is something that we must not take for granted and overlook!

Politics have affected our business lately. In between mandates and regulations one can feel quite stifled. On top of that, sourcing our products has hit new levels of complicated. Availability, stock, cost, it can be a real effort to get items in. And yet again, though these frustrations could be seen as road blocks, we can see them as opportunities! Say a prayer and then jump in! God never gives you more than He will help you handle!

Relationships will forever be complex. Filled with unknowns and emotions. And yet that is the beauty of them! God created us specifically and He created us to need one another! So instead of feeling overwhelmed with the unknowns, find joy in the knowns – in the beauty of getting to know one another! And who knows where things may go, only time will tell. God is incredible about working out the details – we just have to lean in and look to Him!

So head up, square those shoulders and take a deep breath!

God placed you very specifically where you are. He has a role that only you can fill. Be remarkable, be your best! He will be with you every step of the way!

Until Next Time!

Hope.
