Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

These chocolate crinkle cookies are so yummy! And unlike other crinkle recipes, there is no chilling time necessary! Because if you are at all like me, when you want cookies, you don’t want to wait several hours for them to chill!

3/4c (12T) butter

3/4c cocoa

2c sugar

2 tsp vanilla

4 eggs

2c all-purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

Mix butter, cocoa, sugar and vanilla. Blend in eggs, one at a time. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Shape dough into uniform balls (I like to use a miniature ice cream scoop). Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake approximately 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 3-4 dozen cookies. Enjoy!

Recently, I’ve been making a cookie or treat about once a week and then packing a few small bags to share with others. (Of course, my family and my sweetheart get first dibs! But if there are leftovers after that, I’ll fix a few single serve bags.)

Sometimes a specific person will come in the shop and I just know they need a bag. (But to be completely honest, there are some people who say no thank you to them!) I like having the option to share, given the chance!

I hope you enjoy this recipe! Let me know what you think!

Until Next Time!

Hope.
